Dents de Morcles, Switzerland
In June of 2016, I did a lovely hike starting from Lavey and heading up towards the Dents de Morcles. Unfortunately, the snow line was still too low despite the hot sun so summiting was not an option that day.

Pannex, Switzerland
One of the great things about summer is having picnics and BBQs. I was introduced to the Swiss "picknick-grill"...a portable, one time use charcoal grill. This was my first time in Pannex and it was a beautiful spot and perfect for a picnic dinner.

Spoleto and Norcia, Italy
Before hopping to the other side of the Atlantic, I found myself traveling to Italy. Based in Spoleto, I spent three days exploring the neighboring area with friends who were vacationing there. It was beautiful. The food was delicious and the wine was amazing.
